Program Monitor: MFN is currently seeking 2 experienced Program Monitors for early childhood, family literacy, and adult programming to conduct in-person, on-site reviews at 18 Patty Centers located throughout the State of Maryland. The Program Monitor will visit each center, complete the Family Support Network On-Site Tool (approximately 4 hours), and provide a written report of the visit. Patty Centers provide center-based services to expectant parents and caregivers with children from birth through 48 months. The On-Site Tool evaluates the environment, program administration, and documentation of center-based services.

On-Site monitoring will occur February through June of 2025. Compensation for monitoring work will include $500 per center visit, $150 per written report (3 hrs. max per center), and travel expenses including overnight accommodation and mileage reimbursement.

ITERS Evaluator: MFN is seeking 2 Independent Evaluators with significant experience in Early Childhood Education and specifically the use of the Infant Toddler Environment Rating Scale-R evaluation tool. The Independent Evaluator will visit each of the 18 Patty Center-Family Support Services programs throughout the state of MD.

Each ITERS (Infant and Toddler Environmental Rating Scale) is completed by two Independent Evaluators each visiting all early childhood classrooms within a three-hour period using the ITERS-R tool, followed by 2 hours completing the ITERS scoring sheet and debriefing with the center Director and Early Childhood Specialist. The ITERS-R evaluations will occur February through June 2025. Compensation for this work will include $500 per visit (4-5 hours), $150 per report (3 hrs. max per center), and travel expenses including overnight accommodation and mileage reimbursement.
