Register now for Epic Lessons Learned: What EPCC and EPSA Providers Can Teach Us About Reopening Child Care. Essential Personnel Child Care (EPCC) and Essential Personnel School Age Child Care (EPSA) child care providers responded quickly so that hospital staff, first responders, grocery store clerks, and a host of other essential workers across the state could continue to work during the pandemic. Participants will hear from child care professionals about what worked, what didn’t, and what we can take away from this experience to improve care for children and improve our Maryland’s system of care for providers.
